Friends, today is a milestone. For the first time, I’m stepping behind the mic to record a podcast for Message from the Margins.
I’ll be honest with you, I feel a mix of emotions. There’s excitement because I’ve been dreaming about this for months… nervousness because no matter how many times I preach or film, audio feels like a whole new world… and gratitude, because I wouldn’t even be here without the encouragement and support you’ve given me along the way.
Starting something new always brings that twinge of “what if I mess this up?” But then I remember, this whole project was never about perfection. It’s about connection. If my voice shakes a little today, that just means you’ll be hearing the real me.
The first episode is with Dr. Travis Braidwood, a well-respected political scientist and teacher of Constitutional Law and it feels right that we’re beginning this journey with a thoughtful conversation that goes deep. I’ll share more once it’s ready for release, but for now I simply wanted to let you in on the moment.
