The world is not calm right now.
You don’t need me to list everything that’s wrong.
You already feel it.
And I’m not going to amplify that just to get your attention.
If anything, what we need is the opposite.
A way to come back to center.
A way to live with clarity and steadiness in the middle of all of this.
That’s what this is for.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably not starting from zero.
You care about your faith.
You’ve tried to be intentional.
You’ve tried to pray more.
You’ve tried to respond differently.
And yet…
There are still moments where:
Your mind won’t slow down.
Your reactions come faster than you want.
You feel anxious or unsettled without fully understanding why.
Your faith feels real… but not always present in your daily life.
So quietly, the question starts to form:
“Why isn’t this connecting?”
There is an answer to that.
And it’s absolutely not that your faith is weak.
It’s that most of us were taught what to believe…
But not how to live that belief inside our actual lives.
Because the truth is, the world you’re living in is shaping you constantly.
Your attention is pulled in every direction.
Your nervous system is rarely at rest.
You are surrounded by noise, urgency, comparison, and pressure.
Even when you want to be present… something in you feels scattered.
Even when you want to be calm… something in you feels activated.
That’s not random.
That’s formation.
And if your daily life is forming you in one direction…
It becomes very difficult to live in another.
So what do most people do?
They try harder.
More effort.
More discipline.
More content.
But effort alone doesn’t change formation.
So let’s say something clearly, right here:
You are not broken.
You are patterned.
And what has been formed can be reshaped.
That is what this is about.
What This Is
Life in the Resurrection is a seven week guided formation journey through the Easter Season.
Not a devotional series.
Not surface-level inspiration.
Not self-help with religious language layered on top.
This is a structured process that helps you:
Understand the patterns shaping your thoughts and reactions
Recognize why you feel stuck, even when your faith is sincere
Reconnect your identity in Christ to your daily lived experience
Begin practicing a more grounded, intentional way of living
Slowly. Honestly. In real life.
What Makes This Different
Most Christian content tells you what is true.
This helps you understand why that truth often doesn’t feel real in your daily life… and what begins to change that.
Most self-help content gives you techniques.
This keeps Christ at the center, and uses insight as a tool, not a replacement.
This is not about becoming a better version of yourself.
It is about learning to live from a different center.
What Begins to Change
You won’t become a different person overnight.
But you will begin to experience your life differently.
The moments that used to pull you under won’t have the same grip.
Where you used to react quickly, you’ll start to notice a pause.
Where your mind used to spiral, you’ll find a little more space.
Where you felt constantly unsettled, you’ll begin to feel more grounded.
You won’t be free from stress or difficulty.
But you will no longer feel defined by it.
Over time, that begins to look like something real:
More patience where there used to be urgency
More clarity where there used to be confusion
More compassion where there used to be defensiveness
Not because you forced it…
But because something in you is actually changing.
That is what it means to begin living the Resurrection.
Not just believing it.
Living it.
